Join Delaware Nature Society for our annual tree planting at Middle Run Natural Area. We will be planting 400 trees to expand forest cover of native tree species to benefit the ecosystem, wildlife, water quality, and recreation. Led by Joe Sebastiani.
Adults age 18 and older must register individually, including those attending as part of a group. This information helps us plan for the program and the safety of everyone attending. Individual registration also allows us to contact participants directly if there is a weather-related change, program cancellation, or other important information about the program.
If you are registering for children, please include the number of children who will be attending. Children do not need to register individually.
What to bring: shovel, water bucket, work gloves, and hammer or hand sledge; otherwise, limited supply will be available.
Location: Middle Run Natural Area; exact location will be sent to you in the week prior to the planting.
