Moth Night at Ashland ~ Ashland Nature Center

Moths are the butterflies of the dark, and come in a huge array of colors, sizes, and lifestyles. Join us as we hold a nocturnal survey of moths at Ashland Nature Center. Use black lights and a vapor lamp to attract them to "mothing stations" where you can view, photograph, and identify them for an iNaturalist Biodiversity project. Jim White, retired Director of Land and Biodiversity, will lead this experience. We'll send more preparatory information by email prior to the event.
