Book Signing ~ Abbott's Mill Nature Center

Aimee Isaac is a local children’s book author living in Rehoboth Beach who writes stories fueled by her passion for the natural world. She will be at Abbott’s Mill Nature Center on July 11th for two group sessions (3:00 and 4:00 PM) when she will share her journey as an author, the book-making inspiration and process, and tips for being a good environmental steward. Her newest children’s book, The Planet We Call Home, will be highlighted and available for purchase ($18.99) or bring your personal copy for Aimee to sign. The Delaware Nature Center will give away a free copy of The Planet We Call Home to one lucky winner in each group. Fun activities for children are planned during the book signing portion of the program. Shortly after Aimee’s second presentation and beginning at 5:00 PM, Music at the Mill will start featuring the Stone Jack Ballers Band. Bring the whole family for an afternoon of environmental inspiration and lively music at Abbott’s Mill.
