Bird Banding ~ Bucktoe Creek Preserve

Join DelNature Ornithologist Ian Stewart to see birds up close as we carefully measure, weigh and band them to track their movements and survival. Bird banding takes place every Wednesday morning from 7am until 10am at Bucktoe Creek Preserve (432 Sharp Road, Avondale PA 19311). All banding is conducted by trained professionals under the necessary permits. Please note that banding will not take place in windy or wet weather. Led by Ian Stewart.

Thanks to DelNature Members there is no cost to the program, however we kindly ask that you register. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
