Dragon Run Canoeing ~ Ashland Nature Center

Enjoy some canoeing in Dragon Run Marsh near Delaware City. Dragon Run Marsh is one of the most biodiverse, unique freshwater wetlands in New Castle County and harbors plenty of Wood Ducks, Marsh Wrens and other wetland breeding birds. Look for resident mammals as well including Beaver, Muskrat, and possibly River Otter. Slowly paddle through wonderful freshwater marsh vegetation to immerse yourself in a lush and beautiful wetland habitat. Led by Jim White. Van transportation is provided.

Pre-registration is required and ends 24hrs prior to event. Capacity is limited.
