Engage in the art of growing and cooking vegetables from seed to spoon. Each month join our team in the field discovering how to sprout, nurture, and harvest nutrient dense plants.  Follow the path to the kitchen learning how to fabricate freshly harvested whole food into rewarding, delicious dishes.  Each month we will feature a “spotlight” vegetable that shines in our regional foodshed. Led by Patrick Eggleston, Logan McCabe, Michele Wales Quinlan.
