Kayak the Christina: Sunset Serenity, Jul 28 ~ DuPont Environmental Education Center

Embrace serenity at sunset on the Christina River! Enjoy a peaceful paddle, soaking in the golden hues of the sky reflecting on the water. Discover the tranquil wetland habitat of Great Blue Herons, American Beavers, and other marsh creatures. No paddling experience is required. Instruction and equipment provided, so there is no need to bring your own kayak. Participants will carry the kayaks a short distance to the launch site and staff will be available to assist if needed. Bring water, a hat, and sunscreen.

Pre-registration is required and ends 24hrs prior to event. Capacity is limited to 12. Kayaks have a max weight limit of 230 lbs.
