Cookbook Club: Dishing up the Dirt ~ Coverdale Farm Preserve
This month, we're cooking from Dishing up the Dirt by Andrea Bemis, a farmer and sustainable eater who challenged herself to cook exclusively with ingredients grown within 200 miles of home. Filled with creative, seasonal recipes, this cookbook is a celebration of local communities, simple ingredients, and slowing down to appreciate what's right in our own backyards.
Join us for an evening of cooking, conversation, and connection. We'll work together in the kitchen to bring several of Andrea's recipes to life, then sit down as a group to enjoy the dinner we all had a hand in making. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or just getting started, all are welcome.
